Ingredients
- 2Lbs Chicken wings
- 1 ½ Bottles Bazodee® Soca Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons Adobo seasonings
- 2 sprigs cilantro chopped
- 2 slices of lemon
Directions
- Wash wings and chop into drumette and wingettes (remove tips)
- In glass bowl season with salt and Adobo
- Drench wings in 1 bottle of Bazodee® Soca Sauce
- Marinate overnight (or 4 hours minimum)
- After marinating, toss chicken with remaining 1/2 bottle of Bazodee® Soca Sauce
- Place wings in flat baking pan
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour turning wings 2 or 3 times
- Set oven to broil for 2 minutes turning after the first minute to ensure both sides are browned
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and slices of lemons
