Wash shrimp and (optional) further clean with 2t of lemon juice
Add 2T of Bazodee® Real Trini Curry and set aside for 30 minutes
On low heat add shrimp to skillet
Add 2T of Bazodee® Real Trini Curry and up to 1/4 c of water
Cook shrimp for 5 - 8 minutes or until cooked through
Optional: You can add boiled cubed potatoes or garbanzo beans
For spicier flavor add 1T of our Bazodee® Hot Hot Soca Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb cubed pumpkin or Butternut Squash

Directions
Steam or boil squash until very soft
Mash squash with fork and add 2T Bazodee® Real Trini Curry

Ingredients
8 oz stripped leftover chicken
2T Bazodee® Real Trini Curry
Pinch of salt to taste
Directions
Use any baked or roasted chicken and strip away 8oz into bite sized pieces
Mix in 2T of Bazodee® Real Trini Curry
Add a pinch of salt if desired
Serve warm on a bed of lettuce or on toast for a great sandwich
Wash wings and chop into drumette and wingettes (remove tips)
In glass bowl season with salt and Adobo
Drench wings in 1 bottle of Bazodee® Soca Sauce
Marinate overnight (or 4 hours minimum)
After marinating, toss chicken with remaining 1/2 bottle of Bazodee® Soca Sauce
Place wings in flat baking pan
Bake in the middle of the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour turning wings 2 or 3 times
Set oven to broil for 2 minutes turning after the first minute to ensure both sides are browned
Garnish with chopped cilantro and slices of lemons

Ingredients
3 Lbs Pork Butt
2 cloves garlic
1 small Onion
2 stems cilantro
1 Tsp Goya Adobo
1 small tomato
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp. Oregano
2 Tsp salt
2 Sprigs Cilantro finely chopped
1 pack Goya Sazon with Achote
¼ cup olive oil
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbs Bazodee® Marvelous Marinade
Directions
Cut pork into cubes and season with Bazodee™ Marvelous Marinade, cumin. Adobo and oregano
Cover and marinate for 1 – 2 hours (the longer the better)
Dissolve Goya seasoning cube in 1 cup of hot water to make stock
In large saucepan cover pork with water and Goya stock
Add garlic, onion, salt and cilantro
Cover and boil until very soft and tender (approximately 2 hours)
Remove pork from liquid and let cool (keep some water for flavoring)
Strip pork
In large pan heat olive oil and add shredded meat and a small amount of the seasoned loo add Adobo and Cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat - add salt if necessary
Garnish with cilantro and chopped bell peppers
Optional
Flank steak can be used instead of Pork Butt
To shorten time, meat can be cooked in pressure pot
