Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1lb raw shrimp (peeled & deveined, tail off)
- 1 t lemon juice (optional)
- 4T Bazodee® Real Trini Curry
Directions
- Wash shrimp and (optional) further clean with 2t of lemon juice
- Add 2T of Bazodee® Real Trini Curry and set aside for 30 minutes
- On low heat add shrimp to skillet
- Add 2T of Bazodee® Real Trini Curry and up to 1/4 c of water
- Cook shrimp for 5 - 8 minutes or until cooked through
- Optional: You can add boiled cubed potatoes or garbanzo beans
- For spicier flavor add 1T of our Bazodee® Hot Hot Soca Sauce
Curry Pumpkin or Squash
Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed pumpkin or Butternut Squash
- 2T Bazodee® Real Trini Curry
Directions
- Steam or boil squash until very soft
- Mash squash with fork and add 2T Bazodee® Real Trini Curry
Serve Shrimp and Pumpkin/Squash hot on a bed of Jazmine or Basmati rice
